Save on adhesives, drying times and storage with Durafit Hybrids. A combination of Durafit Microfibre with a wide range of the highest quality comfort padding materials that provide extra pressure distribution, cushioning and shock absorption. The combination of these materials allows fast processing in your orthotic production process, by being able to apply covers onto the insoles, directly and easily.

Padding Selection

  • PU-R has very high resilience for energy return and offers excellent resistance in applications requiring a soft cushioning experience. PU-R has very high density yet still provides soft, breathable and long-term comfortable functionality.

  • Poron has high resistance for energy return and offers mild resistance in applications requiring a soft cushioning experience. The versatility comes from the combined benefits of softness, breathability and long term comfort

  • Poron XRD is flexible to touch yet tough on impact. This industry-leading innovation is a lightweight, low-profile and breathable material engineered to withstand repeated impact.

  • DYAFOAM rebounds slowly when compressed, resulting in a custom fit and contour during each use. The material returns to its original shape.

  • ECHOCEL PULSE polyurethane material provides an unparalleled level of comfort and seamlessly bounces back to its initial state after every use.
