  • Ecological leatherboard material, ideal for supporting leather goods in general, with high density and pastiness, calendered with satin finishing on both sides.

    • Excellent tensile and tear resistance

Lefapel SL

Leatherboard

  • Ecological material in leatherboard ideal as a support in bags and small leather goods. Slightly calendared on one side, it has moderate traction and tear resistance. Suitable for the production of economic items.

    Also supplied in adhesive and thermoadhesive.

    • Thicknesses: 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1mm

Lefabelt Extra

Leatherboard

  • Ecological material in highly resistant leatherboard used as a support inside belts and shoulder straps.

    • High density and softness

Cellulose Board

  • Cellulosic reinforcement material used as a structural support for bags, suitcases and backpacks.

    • It can be used to stiffen the base of bags, ensuring strength, lightness and shape

    • Thicknesses: from 0.5-1mm

Cellulose Board

  • Medium-high quality cellulosic board that gives a very soft and compact hand to all creations in the leather goods.

    • Cellulosic material characterized by a high quantity of virgin cellulose in its mixture

PI.TEX Pidisoft 2B

Extruded Material

  • Material composed of a base of thermoplastic polymers supported by two non-woven layers. It maintains a softer and less “noisy” hand, guaranteeing the roundness and memory of the shapes.

    • Inalterability from any atmospheric effect (humidity, hot / cold)

    • Non-deformability even when subjected to repeated stresses (bending)

    • Thermoformability between 70 - 110 ° C

    • Softness to the touch keeping the body during the skiving and sanding operation

    • Composition: TNT + thermoplastic polymers

    • Thicknesses: 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9mm
