The post-processing waste recovery system enables the waste from shoe component production to be recovered and re-used in the manufacturing process resulting in a recycled and recyclable product. Discover the range of cellulose, fibreboard and leatherboard that are part of the recycled system.

Flexan 10

Cellulose Board

  • Low-cost material used for the production of mid-range insoles.

    • Can be laminated with latex foam, MTP foam etc

Recycled Cellulose Board

  • Basic material, low density, for economical footwear with very low heels.

    • Eco-friendly material produced with a big quantity of recycled cellulose fibres. It is suitable for lamination with latex foam, mtp foam, cloth.

    • Thicknesses: 1.25 to 1.75mm

  • Material produced with virgin cellulose. Soft and easily workable material.

Cellulose Board

  • Material produced with high quality cellulose, recommended for high-level footwear. Designed for high insole models and where the moulding is extremely accentuated.

Fibreboard

  • Series of fibreboards made of both post-consumer recycled cellulose and the unused portion of the insole production.

Fibreboard

  • Superior quality fibreboard. Ideal for heels and reinforcements for shoes with a heel greater than 75mm.

Fibreboard

  • Fibreboard made of virgin cellulose. Ideal for heel seat linings and reinforcements, for shoes with a heel higher than 75mm.
