Lining Fabrics

The lining of a shoe surrounds the foot and its function is to provide comfort, warmth and breathability whilst optimally regulating the moisture balance inside the shoe. We offer a wide range of lining fabrics for the production of casual, sports and orthopaedic footwear in various compositions, weights, thicknesses and colours.

Comfort Orthopaedic Lining

Antilope

  • Specifically developed for orthoapeadic footwear, its soft moleskin surface provides exceptional comfort against the skin, helping to reduce friction. The material features an antibacterial treatment which offers lasting treatment against bacteria, contributing to a fresher and healthier footwear environment. The thermo-adhesive backing enables efficient bonding during the manufacturing process.

Absorber

Foam-Backed Orthopaedic Lining

  • Absorber is a soft, durable lining fabric developed specifically for orthopaedic and comfort footwear applications. Absorber is supplied with a foam backing, delivering enhanced comfort, impact absorption and long-lasting comfort. Its contemporary, sporty appearance makes it particularly suitable for trainer-style orthopaedic footwear, combining clinical performance with a modern aesthetic.

Twister GRS

Recycled Polyester Lining

  • Twister GRS is a high-performance footwear lining manufactured from 100% recycled polyester and certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). Designed to combine sustainability with durability, it offers a soft, comfortable feel against the foot while providing excellent abrasion resistance for long-lasting wear.

Super Royal

Non-Woven Lining

  • Specialized non-woven lining fabric. Lightweight, breathable and hard-wearing, it is ideal for footwear and orthopaedic applications requiring long-lasting comfort and breathability

    Super Royal can also be supplied with thermo-adhesive.

High-Tech Microfibre Lining

  • Microfibre lining with a a star-shaped structure of microfilaments that provides exceptional absorption and drying capacity, preventing moisture buildup on the foot and thus the formation of bacteria and unpleasant odors. Its thermoregulatory properties ensure optimal comfort and complete drying. Sweat is not retained inside the shoe, as the fabric facilitates evaporation, keeping the foot constantly dry.

Micro Suede PES

Recycled Microfibre Lining

  • Soft touch lining material produced from 88% recycled polyester and 12% polyurethane, offering an ideal balance of comfort, durability and sustainability. It offers a very soft and supple hand feel that perfectly mimics genuine suede.
